Todd Goldman is the President of Alpha Alt Fund Services, LLC. Todd brings decades of
accounting, fund administration, and consulting experience for the firm. Before joining Alpha Alt Fund Services, Todd was an audit partner at KPMG/Rothstein Kass for over 20 years. Todd was instrumental in the growth, sale, and transition of Rothstein Kass to KPMG in 2014. Todd served on the board of directors and executive committee of Rothstein Kass until its acquisition by KPMG. During his fourteen-year tenure at Rothstein Kass, Todd founded the firm’s Bay area presence and helped launch multiple new offices. He also oversaw multiple fund administration relationships for RK Consulting until its sale to BISYS Group Inc. in 2005.

Todd holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Albany, SUNY. Todd is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the AICPA. Todd is passionate about advancing programs and initiatives for people living with a disability and has dedicated his time to serving on various boards and committees, including VIA Services and KPMG’s Abilities in Motion Advisory Board. Todd is also currently on the global board and executive committee for Help for Children, a global foundation supported by the wider alternative investment industry.
