Orson has 10+ years of accounting experience in the alternative investment and real estate industries, primarily focused on financial reporting and administration of private equity and real estate funds. Orson joined Standish Management in 2018 from Behringer, where he primarily focused on accounting and financial reporting for publicly traded real estate investment trusts. Orson started his career in the assurance group at Deloitte. His time in public accounting focused on audits of public and private real estate companies.

Orson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Finance, and Management from Tabor College and Master of Business Administration from Emporia State University. Orson is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Kansas.
