Lea has 10 years of accounting experience in the alternative investment industry, primarily focused on financial reporting and administration of private equity and venture capital funds since joining Standish in 2014.

Lea earned a Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency from Santa Clara University and a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
