Jill Christianson is the Chief People Officer at Standish Management. She joined the firm in 2026 and is based in Chicago.

Jill brings 25 years of experience leading talent strategy and organizational initiatives within global professional services firms. Prior to Standish, Jill spent more than 20 years at ZS, where she played a key leadership role in supporting the firm’s global growth and expansion. Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition roles at PwC and Starcom Mediavest Group, and was a math teacher in suburban Chicago.

Jill earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a master’s degree in education from National Louis University.
