James is Head of Corporate Development at Standish. He joined the
firm in 2024 and is based in London.

Prior to Standish, James worked in the Investment Banking Division at
Morgan Stanley in both New York and London. He began his career at
Rothschild & Co. and has extensive experience advising private equity
firms and corporates on mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt
capital market transactions.

James graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Master’s
degree in Theoretical Physics.
