Dan is Assistant General Counsel at Standish.  He has extensive legal experience advising private equity firms, privately held companies and public companies in a broad range of domestic and international corporate, financing and buyout transactions.

Prior to joining Standish, Dan was a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  He started his career in Silicon Valley before relocating to Chicago.

Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
