Shay Joined Standish Management in 2026 as a Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial services and private markets. Prior to Standish Management, she spent over eight years at Citco Fund Services where she was responsible for significant aspects of the private markets business, including oversight of several strategic client relationships.

Shay previously held roles at GCM Grosvenor and Credit Suisse where she led the delivery of limited partner administration services for large institutional investors. Shay began her career at Deloitte and spent more than a decade in their investment company audit practice, serving as a technical guidance liaison and an SME for alternative investments.

Shay is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and earned a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business.
