Kallie has over a decade of professional services experience, with a focus
on human capital strategy, operations, and workforce management. She
currently serves as Head of Human Capital Management at Standish,
where she leads talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational
effectiveness.

She joined Standish in 2024 after more than ten years at EY, where she
held progressive leadership roles across strategy, operations, and talent
management within the People Advisory Services practice. Her
experience includes leading cross-functional initiatives, supporting global
integrations, and advising on resource planning and delivery
optimization.

Kallie earned an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate
School of Business and holds a BS in Business Administration from the
University of South Carolina.
